To complete the package, this intake is paired with a high-performance Pro 5R oiled filter finished in black oil. Our Pro 5R media provides your engine with the largest amount of high-flowing air, usually resulting in the highest power gains out of all other filter media options. This media is perfect for street use. The inverted tops make for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals. Momentum’s innovative filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. Once the system is installed, the air filters can be easily removed from the housing for maintenance by only uninstalling the side intake tubes. The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A massive clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection without having to disassemble your intake system. The housing incorporates both the factory hood air inlet scoop and the grille inlet using no additional hardware. This system features a trio of high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tubes to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Our XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. Stainless-steel clamps are included for strength, and a premium silicone coupling allows for ample flexibility and durability.
